What is the application fee?
The application fee is $50 per adult applicant; an adult is anyone over the age of 18 at the time of the application. Background checks will be conducted upon application.
Are security deposits required?
Yes, security deposits are required. The amount varies from $1,000 up to one month’s rent based on application screening results and is fully refundable at the end of your lease term, pending damage assessment.
Is Olive Lane pet-friendly?
Yes, we do allow pets! We can allow up to 3 pets per household per Maple Grove City Ordinances. Residents must pay a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet upon initial move-in. Pet rent is $50 per month per pet.
Do you have breed restrictions?
We welcome ALL types of dogs, no breed restrictions apply. In order to maintain a safe environment for our human and animal residents, we require all pets to be registered with the City of Maple Grove and to remain current on relevant vaccinations throughout the duration of your lease term. Certain pet records will be required ahead of move-in to ensure your pet meets our safety and eligibility requirements.
What are my options for paying my rent?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Rent can be paid by:

– Mail
Do you offer flexible lease terms?
Yes! We know life can be unpredictable sometimes. We offer flexible lease terms up to 15 months. Home pricing may vary based on lease term selected.
What utilities am I responsible for?
All utilities are the resident’s responsibility, including water, sewer, trash, gas, and electricity.
Water, sewer, gas, and electric are individually metered (meaning your bill reflects your home’s actual usage).
Residents will contract their trash, recycling, and compost removal services directly through the City of Maple Grove.
Residents can pursue the internet and/or cable provider of their choosing.
Is there additional parking on site?
Absolutely. Every townhome features a 2-car garage and individual driveway. There are additional guest parking areas throughout the site and in front of the Clubhouse.
To ensure availability of the limited guest parking stalls, our onsite property management team will monitor the use of these areas as extended guest parking is not permitted.
